No. The day is deliberately grounded in where your organisation actually is today. The pre-event discovery tailors the content to your starting point, and the programme is designed to move your leadership from reacting to AI to being genuinely fluent in it. From practitioners to natives.
The centrepiece is a single immersive day, but Native is a programme, not a one-off. It begins with pre-event research and discovery, consisting of online interviews and focus groups. The event day itself is a full, in-person day, and the experience continues for 30–90 days afterwards with a bespoke board paper and accountability work to make sure the day translates into action.
Solvd Together and FOIL run discovery interviews and market research to understand your organisation’s specific pain points and barriers, supported by some teaser comms to warm up your team. The main ask of delegates is availability for a one-hour-long discovery conversation so the day can be properly tailored.
Alignment on what AI means for your business model, industry and people, plus a cohesive action plan for the days, weeks and months ahead. In the embedding phase, you’ll also receive a bespoke board paper on AI and data strategy, as well as accountability cohorts supported by executive coaching.
It runs from an 8am arrival to a 5pm close. Highlights include an opening keynote on where you are today based on the discovery work conducted ahead of time; a data-driven reality check on how aligned your team really is; the evolving Sentiment Board; an Oxford Union–style Big Debate; and The War Room strategy game, where you rebuild the business from a clean slate. Your own CEO closes the day with a call to action.
The event is designed to end with ownership sitting firmly inside your leadership team. Having your CEO deliver the call to action signals that the agenda belongs to you, not to us, which is what makes the follow-through stick.

The immersive set design and room-based exercises are built for a live, in-person experience. This is usually in central London, but flexes based on your organisation’s location. Pre and post-event discovery and embed work is carried out online.
The ideal group size includes your entire executive team, which works best at between 4 and 20 people, depending on your organisation’s size and structure.
