How we can help you
We apply human-centred design in everything that we do, including our initial assessment of your needs. Once we’ve understood your goals and how we can measure them, we’ll speak to the target audience to analyse the challenges and concerns they have in relation to the topic at hand.
1. Scoping and research
Through the initial scoping and research phase, we’ll come to recommend the best design to support you and your team in developing their capabilities. This might include the team structure, ways of working, practical tools and so on. As we deliver the solution, we will track progress against your success measures to make sure we’re having the impact you need. If not, we discuss and change the approach ‘in flight’.
2. Individual and team 5Di coaching
Your team will start discussing performance outcomes rather than learning objectives. They will understand that it’s the doing not the knowing that’s really important.
