About us


We are a Learning and Performance Innovation consultancy based in London. Founded in November 2019, we work with companies to modernise their learning, development and employee experience. Our goals are to:

We are a young business, but we already have an impressive international client base in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, Aviation, Financial and Professional Services industries. During Covid 19 we have embraced working from home, but we hope to soon set up an awesome office and visit our clients in London and Copenhagen.


The role


As a design-focused Learning and Performance Consultant, you need to be an independent and creative thinker with experience in customer engagement and consultancy. You should be technically proficient (i.e., Microsoft Office), able to communicate effectively in-person and online, and be able to deliver an end-to-end client experience using the 5Di model.


Our clients hire us because we deliver outcomes quickly and to the highest standards. It’s imperative that you work fast and are obsessive about the quality of the output. Solvd Together has a flat hierarchy which means people who work here enjoy autonomy and like to make their own decisions.


In your role as a Consultant, you will be expected to deliver lots of different types of projects, both internal and with clients. This includes stakeholder management, audience research, learning design, content development (video and written), marketing, communications and product management. 


Candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant L&D experience, and experience of working with learning platforms such as Degreed would be preferred.


Finally, we are looking for diverse positive thinkers who are collaborative and bring a can-do energy. You should enjoy helping others and always look for ways of having an impact through the work that you do and what you bring as a person.

We will review your video or cover letter, and let you know if we are interested in a CV and a further conversation. 


2. If we think you are the right fit, you will be invited to an informal online coffee introduction.

 In advance of this, you will be asked to submit your CV with a portfolio of examples of work you have delivered. When sharing examples please specify what you and other people you worked with did on the projects. We all have areas that we excel in, and areas where we rely on others.


3. Next we will invite you for one or more rounds of interviews.

The first interview is more informal, the next is experience-based or focused on your technical skills.

4. The last step of the process is a practical case study.

The final stage is a case study which you have 48 hours to work on. This involves using the 5Di approach to break down a business case, and tell us how you would analyse, design, develop and deliver a solution for a Solvd Together client.
