Join the corporate training rebellion as a Learning and Performance Consultant
Since launching Solvd Together a little over a year ago, we have grown from 2 directors to having 8 permanent and contract employees. Our clients include Deloitte, Legal and General, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, Sainsbury's, and several other international companies based in Europe and the US
As we keep growing, we are now looking for an additional super-skilled Learning and Performance Consultant to join our team.
As a Solvd Together consultant, you will be expected to deliver lots of different types of projects, both internal and with clients. We typically work with research, blended learning programmes, learning technology selection and implementation, and capability development of internal learning teams.
Our clients hire us because we deliver outcomes quickly and to the highest standards. Because of this, it is essential that you work fast and are obsessive about the quality of the output. You should also enjoy helping others (both your team and our clients) and always look for ways of having an impact through what you do and what you bring as a person.
To be the right fit for the role, you must have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably as an in-house or external consultant. You need to be an independent and creative thinker, who is technically proficient, able to communicate effectively in-person and online and be able to deliver an end-to-end client experience using the 5Di model.
Here are the skills and experience a successful candidate is likely to have relevant experience of:
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Client/problem analysis (based on Define from 5Di or a similar Design Thinking approach)
Audience analysis (based on Discover from 5DI, or a similar product development or research approach)
Design experience of modern blended learning solutions (facilitation, platforms, social)
Development of the solutions you design (facilitation, online and video content, online portals etc. Both from a hands-on and vendor management perspective)
Deployment of the solutions (program or product management, comms, marketing)
At Solvd Together we have a flat hierarchy. This means we all enjoy a lot of autonomy and make our own decisions. This only works because everybody takes responsibility for themselves and their tasks, and because they are diverse positive thinkers who collaborative and bring a ton of can-do energy.

Team members get 28 days of holiday per year, pension contributions, spot-bonuses, and rewards for great work.
Solvd has a WFA policy (Work from Anywhere), meaning you can work flexible hours, and work from home or anywhere else that works for you. However, once the Covid restrictions have been lifted we would expect you to attend meetings in London and with UK/European clients for up to 4-8 days per month.
We always aim to have fun at work and regularly arrange activities such as cocktail making classes, games, and other online team activities.

2. If we think you are the right fit, you will be invited to an informal online coffee introduction.
In advance of this, you will be asked to submit your CV with a portfolio of examples of work you have delivered. When sharing examples please specify what you and other people you worked with did on the projects. We all have areas that we excel in, and areas where we rely on others.
3. Next we will invite you for one or more rounds of interviews.
The first interview is more informal, the next is experience-based or focused on your technical skills.
4. The last step of the process is a practical case study.
The final stage is a case study which you have 48 hours to work on. This involves using the 5Di approach to break down a business case, and tell us how you would analyse, design, develop and deliver a solution for a Solvd Together client.
