Charlie is the Founder of Solvd Together and has been waving the proverbial flag for human-centred design for well over a decade. With a background in marketing, “proper” L&D, learning strategy, innovation, and performance coaching, Charlie brings a broad perspective and unique insight into experiential design and effective behavioural science.
Perpetually curious, Charlie will be the person in the room asking the most questions – seeking answers most haven’t considered. This, with his ability to absorb the most complex information, means strategy isn’t just talked about – it’s interwoven into every aspect of our client’s projects. Charlie’s view is that we don’t just turn up, tick and box and go home. We advise clients like friends – even if something isn’t in our remit – if it helps the wider strategy of an organisation, we share it.
