Our 3-step application process

Step 1 - Apply via our video recruitment portal

  • Read the job description, click apply, and use our recruitment portal to record a video-based application.
  • Before you start recording; we suggest you read through all the questions, prepare a CV and an example of your work to upload.
  • Once you've submitted, we'll review your submission and get back to you.

Step 2 – Informal conversations and interviews

  • If your application is successful, we will invite you to an informal online coffee. This is to get to know you, and allows you to ask questions about Solvd Together.
  • If this goes well, the next stage is experience and technical skills-based interviews. We may ask you to show further examples of your work, and talk through how you approach learning and performance challenges.

Step 3 – Solving a client case

  • Finally, we will run a practical client case study where you get to show off your skills in action.
  • We share a client challenge and ask you to present your approach and solution 48 hours later.‍
