Research and Strategy
Showing you what’s possible and providing a roadmap to get you there.
We all make assumptions about the work that we do. Our role is to challenge these assumptions and bring in perspectives from inside and outside your organisation. Research is designed into the 5Di model in the Define and Discover phases. This is where we explore the realities of your business and target audience and look around for examples of what has worked elsewhere.
In the Define and Discover phases of 5Di we offer layers of insight: A picture of the current state in your organisation, best practice from outside, and a vision for your future.
How we can help you
1. Internal focus groups and interviews
Our research will be the guiding star for your learning and development intervention. It will show you where, when and how to provide meaningful and relevant resources, experiences or campaigns.
We explore the challenges and concerns of your target audience, surfacing the blockers to individual and your organisation’s potential.
2. External research and benchmarking
We seek to understand what’s worked and what hasn’t in other organisations similar to your own.
You can learn from others’ successes and failures by finding out what works and what doesn't in the areas you are focused on.
3. Learning and development strategy
Whether it’s a team or organisational transformation, we can help you ask the right questions and create a plan for achieving your goals.
Through our partners Niles Nolan we provide strategy which incorporates operating models, data-driven learning design, L&D skills gaps and governance.
