About us


We are a start-up consultancy specialising in Learning and Performance Innovation. In layman’s terms, this means working with companies to modernise their learning, development and employee experience. In practice, this is about doing research, defining business challenges, identifying potential solutions - which may include new technologies, events, communication and digital tools - and deploying these so they have a measurable impact on a company’s performance. 

Our company only launched in November 2019, but since then we have established international partnerships and worked with clients from global financial institutions to pharmaceutical, insurance, energy and transport. The work will be primarily London based but you may need to spend time abroad (e.g. Denmark, Switzerland) when supporting clients. 

The role


As a consultant, you must be an independent and creative thinker with experience in customer engagement and consultancy.  We are looking for somebody with two to five years of experience designing and delivering end to end blended solutions. Experience with product innovation, digital,  marketing and learning technology would be really helpful, and so would skills in creating content (videos, animations, graphic design etc.).

The role we offer is full time.  You will be joining a team of hard-working quality-driven consultants,  and we are looking for a person who has the drive and skills we need, In return, we offer a starting package of 45K salary, pension and profit share, in addition to lots of opportunities to develop new skills through coaching and mentoring. We operate through established design and delivery processes, and by collaborating with other experienced consultants. 

We are looking for people who can

  1. Walk into a meeting room of senior executives and deliver powerful presentations

  2. Think through business problems and work collaboratively with clients and the team

  3. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions

  4. Respectfully challenge others and offer diverse perspectives

  5. Have fun, bring energy and ideas to the team.

We don’t mind where you got your experience if you can do these things.

The team you’ll be working with


Morten Bonde and Charlie Kneen are friends who have worked together over the last ten years. They are building a business which will disrupt the learning and higher-education industries - both of which are stuck in conventional thinking. They bring a diverse set of skills and experience and are looking for new perspectives and skills to add to the group.

What happens next


We provide brief feedback on all the videos, and we will invite the applicants with the best submissions to a more formal interview. The first round of interviews will take place in the second week of May.
