The Challenge

Post-pandemic, Heathrow confronted a daunting task: reviving operations at full capacity with a depleted workforce. Loss of experienced personnel had left a gap, and trust within the organisation needed urgent repair to unite a fragmented team.

How we Solvd it

A comprehensive leadership programme for new and existing leaders across Britain's busiest airport. A series of interactive experiences spaced throughout the year encourage leaders to explore their mindset, conduct peer coaching and develop their leadership skills across a range of business-critical areas.

A reboot, refresh and recognition engine

Face-to-face events spaced throught the year invite leaders to reflect on how they as leaders can Lead the Way to Heathrow's future.

Peer-coaching missions and challenges completed between the events give participants a framework for practice and reflection.

Actor coaches help leaders to unpack common dillemas and reflect on their own mindsets and behaviours.

Scenarios that focus both on business priorities and an individual's development goals enable participants to try, fail, try again and grow as leaders.

From office to open, playful space; Using set design allowed our creative teams to set the tone for the experience and take participants out of the airport.

Badging, and reusable practice exercises keep the lessons learned fresh in leader's minds for years to come.
